Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase from us, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original form of payment. Your refund should appear on bank statement within 7 days.

We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours once payment has been received Brogan & Buzec uses the Royal Mail for deliveries. Our standard charge is £5 for a second class, signed for service within the UK.
